General Booking Policies

​Please note that these are a small snapshot of our policies. The full policies can be found within your event contract for your review.

  • A non-refundable, non-transferrable retainer deposit (50% of the contract cost) is due at time of booking, along with a signed contract. 

  • Gratuities automatically apply to parties of more than 4 people. This gratuity charge is split evenly amongst the artists that work on your party.

  • For Saturdays - we require a minimum of 4 services per artist to be booked OR a minimum spend of $800 CAD prior to taxes.

  • Early start fees will apply to bookings where services must begin prior to 7:00 AM. These are $50 per artist / per hour.

  • Travel fees may apply for any bookings outside of the immediate Greater Toronto Area. We charge $0.95/km.

  • We do not charge additional fees for bringing artists to a booking.

  • Parking fees (if any) must be disclosed in advance, and covered by the client.

  • For locations or weddings greater than 2.5 hours one way from the GTA, lodging may be required and will be at the client's cost.

  • Hair rates are applicable regardless of hair length, and makeup rates are applicable to the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom.

  • We model our services as an "apply and go" type of service. This means that we have a strict timeline we need to adhere to in order to ensure everyone is completed in a timely manner. (If you require additional touch-ups or a look change, we are happy to provide this service but it is an additional cost.)

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that those receiving services are present in the general area at least 15 minutes prior to their prearranged service time. We are not responsible for going over the end time for services if this is the case. If we go over the end time due to a delay with your party, there is an additional overtime charge of $300 CAD + applicable taxes that will apply. This rate will be hourly and is required to be paid via e-transfer or cash prior to our team packing up and departing.

  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations are permitted provided they are 31 days or more in advance of the event date. Your non-refundable of 50% retainer will be seized, however if you have made any additional payments outside of the 50% retainer, those will be refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less in advance of the event date, you will still be responsible for paying the entire amount of the contract.
